Meeting with our Development Leader to review the application and opportunities. Following this, candidates will receive a SPITIKO Retail Concepts Information Pack to review and commence preparing a Business Plan.
Submission of the Business Plan.
Group meeting with our Leaders of Operations, Development & Human Resources where the application and Business Plan will be approved.
Candidates Due Diligence completed and approved
Partnership contract signing
Review of store location opportunities. Onsite visits by our Real Estate Leaders to approve the locations.
On boarding Trainings:
On boarding The SPITIKO Store Leadership Training – 2 week program for the country/region Leader
On boarding The SPITIKO Store Team Training – 1 week for all Store Team Members
On boarding The SPITIKO Restaurant Leadership Training – 2 months program for the country/region Leader
On boarding The SPITIKO Restaurant Team Training – 1 month for all Store Team Members
