In our family of cheeses Gruyere with Three Peppers is a product of exceptional comfort. Only Greek sheep’s milk, selected fresh from the prairies of Peloponnese and ripened at a minimum of three months (and up to a year), is used to make this delicacy.

The peppery undertones blend with the elegant sweetness of the Cheese and together they offer a pleasant excitement to our taste bulbs making this Graviera Cheese the most compatible companion to red fumé wine.
