Exclusively made from Sheep Milk from local farmers across the peninsula of Peloponnese and patiently ripened (ranging from three to twelve months) our exquisite Graviera with Chili Pepper (Boukobo) is an extra spicy dining experience. The presence of Chili Pepper is intense in the foreground followed by this Graviera’s fading sweet aftertaste.

On a plateau for cold cuts, place Graviera, Mikrasiatiko White Cheese with Chili Peppers and Green Olives stuffed with Feta Cheese or Peppers and enjoy a glass-or-two of chilled Chardonnay or Sauternes.
