Premium quality Greek Gruyere (Graviera) Cheese is made only from Greek sheep’s milk by the local sheep flocks of Peloponnese, ripens for at least three months and is firmly air-sealed to preserve its freshness, moisture and distinct taste. Gruyere is slightly salty and medium sweet, flavors develops as maturity grows. Texture and taste evolve from creamy at the early stage to assertive as ripening ages (it can take five months to a year).
