Mikrasiatiko is a type of white Cheese, made from goat’s milk, and minimal –if any- Sheep’s Milk, brined and relatively moist. It is a distinct traditional hand-made product, fairly small in size and quite intense in taste, which is consumed raw or grilled in the oven. In continuation of our ancestors’ Asia Minor tradition, Mikrasiatiko Cheese is still produced and follows up the traverse of times. The fresh spicy flavor of Spearmint is one of the classic additions to Mikrasiatiko.
