- Divide equally and spread the tomato sauce on the two pitta breads leaving 1 cm from the edges. Season with the salt of your preference.
- Arrange thin slices of Mikrasiatiko white cheese over the tomato sauce to cover each pitta bread. Shred and spread all over some Graviera cheese, starting from the center and working to the edges.
- Cook in preheated oven at 160 ⁰ Celsius for 4 minutes, until the top cheese melts and the dough along the edges becomes golden crispy. Serve with cold beer.
